As a constructive alternative to day care, we use the physical disciplines of gymnastics, dance, and martial arts to teach character development and life skills. This unique combination of physical, mental, and moral fitness gives children the tools to be able to successfully master life.
Our adults have some outstanding options too! We offer our Weight Loss Challenges and Krav Maga for fitness and self protection. Our weight loss programs are custom designed with personal coaching and motivation, accountability and support, meal plans, and the ability to modify any technique to fit your physical needs.
