Initially, you will attend a 12-day training session in Salt Lake City, where you will be given all the basics you need to hit the ground running. Following that, you will undergo a rigorous "pre-training" internship and programs so that you can become proficient in our systems.

- Inventory Procurement & Management.
- Operations, Merchandising, & Personnel.
- Customer Service & Vendor Relations.
- Bookkeeping & Financial Management.
We also offer the following on-going support:
- Monthly Priorities Book.

- Store visits and updates.
- Annual Owners Meeting and regional training meetings.
