Why Our Franchise?

Initially, you will attend a 12-day training session in Salt Lake City, where you will be given all the basics you need to hit the ground running. Following that, you will undergo a rigorous "pre-training" internship and programs so that you can become proficient in our systems.

Initial training will include:

• Inventory Procurement & Management.
• Operations, Merchandising, & Personnel.
• Customer Service & Vendor Relations.
• Bookkeeping & Financial Management.

We also offer the following on-going support:

• Monthly Priorities Book.
• Unlimited telephone access to your Support Rep.
• Computer and technical support.
• Store visits and updates.
• Annual Owners Meeting and regional training meetings.
