Overview
Founded in 2018, Salty Dawg Pet Salon "pets differently" with a unique, service-centered culture inspired by the "Be Nice" culture found in the Paul Mitchell Schools network. Our transparent and stress-free environment lets pet parents feel good, knowing their pets are having an amazing experience. In addition to experience groomers, we hire licensed barbers and cosmetologist. Why? Because they are trained on humans first.
Additionals
Because of our relationship with Paul Mitchell Schools, we have access to 10,000 graduating cosmetologists per year who've been trained in the art of the consultation: they know how to listen and provide desired results. They're also knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, skin care, and hair texture and structure, and they have extensive training in advanced clipper and scissor techniques.
Why Our Franchise?
Salty Dawg was founded by three Paul Mitchell School owners who have been in the network for decades. As a franchisee, you'll have access to these key leaders and to the entire Salty Dawg team, representing more than 50 years in the franchise industry. Aside from offering a workforce solution, Salty Dawg has created the systems that are taking pet grooming to another level. When people visit a salon they expect a great haircut, style, service and experience. Why should your pet be treated any differently?
