Overview
Backyard Bug Patrol began business after all 5 of the Mitchell family contracted Lyme Disease in their own backyard. Shortly thereafter, Patrick joined the company after contracting West Nile Virus playing golf on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Both of our families have experienced the devastation of ticks and mosquitoes. We are passionate about this business. No child should ever contract Lyme or another mosquito or tick borne disease in their own backyard.

The Mitchell family started the business after all five of them contracted Lyme Disease. Their mission is that, "No child should get Lyme Disease in their own backyard". Our partner Patrick contracted West Nile Virus on a golfing trip to the beach and almost died. We were meant to be in this business and our passion for protecting our family from ticks and mosquitoes extends to your family.
