IM=X® was developed by Elyse McNergney - certified in traditional pilates and the Alexander Technique with a M.A. in Movement Science from New York University and a M.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University.

Elyse's years of experience and education led her to develop the IM=X® programs. The IM=X® Master Trainer team is committed to delivering our proprietary certification courses to all the staff of the IM=X® Pilates & Fitness franchise studios.
