Laurel (Lori) Israel Sturm, JD/MBA/MEd, President of eAdvantage4u, llc, helps you figure out your next career move to become the boss whether you're in transition or just wanting to control your destiny or more flexibility. Working much like a recruiter at no cost to you, she will coach you on how to redefine your life. Lori begins by analyzing your strengths, talents and resources so you can leverage your education, experience and passions. Then she helps you set SMART goals, research viable business models, and educates you on how to investigate specific companies one-on-one around your schedule so you can make an informed decision and become a franchise business owner.

After working her way up from staff attorney to General Counsel of several franchise companies and then merged out her legal franchise attorney job, in 2004 she began focusing her efforts on paying it forward to mentor others to find the right franchises. Serving as General Counsel for several brokerage networks and working as franchise consultant/broker from 2006-2011, she was frustrated by the constraints of only being able to work with certain franchise concepts when her clients really might have better suited options outside of the network. Thus, in 2014, Lori and her co-founder launched FranBrokers Consortium, an invitation only network of many experienced franchise brokers who are dedicated to best practices in the industry of helping individuals find the right franchise match. What sets FranBrokers apart is that FranBrokers are not limited to a set "inventory" of companies but each broker may independently research and work with any franchise company on behalf of their clients.

She also has written a Manual on FranMaster4u that provides advance training to other franchise consultants. Today, she individually trains and advises other franchise consultants upon request. She understands and has a 360 perspective working with prospective franchisees and franchisors and brokers. She has been an adjunct professor for several central Ohio MBA Programs on negotiation, how to buy and sell and strategic planning, speaker for franchise industry programs and organizations and currently serves as a trainer, career life coach, and franchise business consultant and business owner today.
