Poké (pronounced poh-KAY) is a mix of raw cubed seafood in a soy-based marinade coupled with vegetables such as seaweed, avocado, edamame, and cucumber served over a bed of grains or greens. It's simple, healthy and no-nonsense food.

Currently, we are offering two options for franchising:
A single unit franchise with an exclusive territory of the lesser of three (3) miles or a population size of 50,000 people.
You can also purchase the rights to a larger region or territory through an Area Development Franchise Agreement, wherein you would build a series of The Poke Company franchises.
The Poke Company has relationships with third-party sources which offer financing to cover the following: franchise fee, startup costs, equipment, inventory, accounts receivable, payroll
