An All American Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Shop® is a fun people business that appeals to a wide consumer base, requires a minimum amount of inventory and is a cash business that is relatively easy to operate. All American stores do not require long hours, a large staff or the need for a substantial facility.

Why Our Franchise?
All American has an extensive training program designed to make you knowledgeable in our field. All American's training program consists of classroom and in-store training.
Training begins at our corporate office in Portland, Oregon. You will spend up to ten days focusing on management skills, food preparation, personnel administration and store promotions. Included is a review of All American's Confidential Operations Manual. The Manual is used in your store as a reference guide for daily store operations, problem solving, and an aid for training staff.
Prior to the opening of your store, All American provides in-store training for you and your staff. Training ensures your store's opening goes smoothly, and it works to increase your store's long-term performance.
Since training is the most important aspect of a successful restaurant, we will continue the training process with frequent store visitations, Operations Manual updates and other information to keep you current with operational enhancements and recipe innovations.
