Overview
Atomic Wings was originally conceived in 1981. Our founder, Adam Lippin, couldn't find the hot, crispy wings that he savored during his college years in Buffalo. He spent several years perfecting the art behind the perfect chicken wing.

in 1989 he was able to open the first Atomic Wings location in New York City. After experiencing huge success, Adam saw an opportunity and focused his energy on creating wings that truly stood apart from the rest in terms of taste and authenticity.

Today Atomic Wings serves USDA certified Organic Wings in over 12 proprietary sauces! Atomic Wings is dedicated to serving wings that not only taste GREAT, but are also great for YOU. It is our passion to provide food that is organic, sustainable, and fresh. Our high quality ingredients combined with our Embassy Award winning chef create an atmosphere that is both atomic and friendly for all of our guests. We strive to be the best WING Men and Women in the industry. We are organic at select locations only.

Our restaurants serve a variety of classic American dishes, and the menu at each location may vary. While many menus feature local favorites and twists on classic dishes, you will always be able to find our classic wings at any location with our full variety of Atomic sauces for you to choose from.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our wings, and the process that was directly adopted from Upstate New York, the wing capital of the world. Authentic wings are a combination of fresh, high-quality chicken, cooked to perfection with a crispy outside and tender inside. Our wings are then hand-tossed in one of our signature sauces to distribute flavor with just the right amount of heat. Authentic wings, and the ingredients and process behind every order, is what keeps our customers coming back for more!

Why Our Franchise?
We have developed a franchising model that has brought our menu to new areas and restaurants across the country. Our traditional franchise model allows you to open a fully branded Atomic Wings, with support from our team throughout the entire process and beyond.

Our franchise model, which has been featured numerous times on FOX Business and CNN Money, allows current restaurant or bar owners to add Atomic Wings to their menu with low startup costs, and virtually no new equipment or infrastructure. This has brought fresh branding, new life, and of course, great wings to many great bars and restaurants, making it our most popular franchising model.

We're looking for experienced and qualified multi-unit food service operators or well capitalized investors interested in introducing the best and most authentic organic chicken wings to new customers across the United States. Atomic Wings is focused on expanding through franchising with qualified franchisees in the Top 40 major U.S. media markets. International opportunities will be considered for qualified groups investing in large territories.
