Overview
Founded in San Antonio, TX in 1952, Church's Chicken is a highly recognized brand name in the Quick Service Restaurant sector and is one of the largest quick service chicken concepts in the world. Church's serves up a rich tradition of gracious Southern hospitality and freshly prepared, high quality, authentic home-style fare, to help people provide affordable, complete meals for their families.
Additionals
At Church's Chicken®, we're proud to be one of the largest chicken restaurant chains in the world, with over 1,650 locations in 29 states and 23 global markets. But that doesn't mean we're satisfied. In fact, we're primed for growth. Our strategic business system is designed to foster expansion and support new franchisees every step of the way.
Why Our Franchise? Training & Support
We offer comprehensive training courses to ensure franchisees, operators and management are equipped to operate to the Church's Chicken® and Texas Chicken® brand standards.
Your management and crew will receive ongoing training to refresh our brand standards and learn about new procedures.
Our comprehensive New Franchise Orientation Program will introduce you to leaders within our key functions and give you an overview of the support you'll receive as a franchisee.
Operations Support
Each franchisee is paired with a Sr. Regional Franchise Director who oversees and lends support in the operations of your restaurant.
When it is time to open your first restaurant, your Sr. Regional Franchise Director will coordinate opening support to provide on-site operational assistance prior to, during and after your opening.
Whether it's food cost, training, or new product roll-outs, your Sr. Regional Franchise Director has first-hand experience in working through these issues and is ready to share that experience with you.
