Why Our Franchise?
Two weeks of training: One week at our headquarters in Virginia and one week in your home town during your opening week. Maid To Sparkle will help set up various operations such as Intranet, advertising, payroll, personnel, and operating procedures.
Personal mentor: An experienced professional will be assigned to work with you during your start-up and continuing throughout the coming months and years. You will have access to your mentor 24/7 regarding any topic.
Timely Acknowledgment: Maid To Sparkle provides recognition for owners at annual events or through monthly performance rankings. We provide immediate credit to specific franchise owners' accomplishments. These accomplishments could range from a new, successful marketing campaign to a well-received presentation at an important conference. This way could not only celebrate a specific achievement, but also provide a venue for promptly sharing good ideas and foster connections within the franchise.
