Kinder Karate® created a program that combines solid kids' martial arts lessons with fun and excitement, in just the right combination for children in preschool to first grade.
Kinder Karate® implements the "Triple C Method" (compliment/correction/compliment), which allows them to teach and control the kids, without yelling! The result? Kids enjoy showing what they've learned. They love being the leader and the example for new students. And parents love that the behavior changes continue well beyond Kinder Karate's® walls.

Kara Czerniak founded Kinder Karate® in 2012 after almost 20 years in the traditional martial arts industry. She co-founded her original company, Dynamic Martial Arts, with her husband Paul in 1996. After those 20 years, she identified a segment of the market that was not being served--the Kinder age group of 3-6 year olds. She knew that parents of this population had limited choices for their children and that the current choices they had did not nearly provide the support and environment that this special group needed.
